Kick Start the day with fruit crunch

So as a few of you may know I am trying to eat more healthier, a way of me doing this was to incorporate fruit into my morning meal which stopped me from buying a Mcmuffin  as these seem to be my weakness as I work right near McDonalds. So by having fruit Iv managed to cut out the "Crap". This is a really simple easy and quick breakfast or lunch which is made within 5 minutes.

All you need to do is:   

  • Grab any fruit that you fancy and chop into chunks 
  •  Add some kind of biscuit chunks or all bran  
  •  Add Greek yoghurt or natural yoghurt 
  •  Then eat away
