Its time to start that fitness routine

Its got to that time again where I feel the need to start exercising again mainly for myself as getting fit was one of my new years resolutions. Now I have kinda started this as I have started to eat a hell of lot more healthier and I do feel much better for doing so, however eating healthy isn't enough really I still feel like I don't have much energy so I thought it was time to get this butt into shape and start by creating a routine that I would be able to make time for and fit it in with my job and that. That's when I came across Fitness Blender on YouTube (ill leave a link below) they are great they go through the workouts with you and guide you along the way, some of the workouts do not include the worm-ups or the cool downs so you will have to do this yourself as you don't want to injure yourself.  

I have decided to start of with the 10 minutes workout a I know I will be able to fit in a 10 min routine into my day. I do plan do work everyday (lets see if that happens) I am planning on updating you guys every week or maybe every two weeks just so you can see my progress and I can keep an eye on it myself..

So Here are just some of the moves from the workouts I have done.
