Triple Chocolate Cookies
So I recently decided one morning to do some baking again so I was looking in my cake baking book and came across these triple chocolate cookies and decided to have a go at baking them some are a little burnt around the edges but other than that they tasted good and that's what really matters lol. So I thought id share with you how I made them, if you do attempt to recreate them then please send me a picture of how yours turned out. Enjoy!!
Ingredients:
150g dark chocolate (broken Up)
150g Butter (softened)100g Brown Sugar
75g Caster Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
175g Plain Flour
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
150g Milk Chocolate (chopped into chunks)
150g White Chocolate (chopped into Chunks)
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180, Gas . Line the baking tray with baking paper
Place the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, Until melted let to cool
Mix together the butter, brown sugar, caster sugar and vanilla extract mix until creamy
whisk(mix) in the melted dark chocolate and the egg.
Stir the Flour, Cocoa powder and baking powder until well combined.
Add the chocolate chunks, stir until mixed well
Spoon round the mixture and separate onto the tray and bake in the oven for 12 minutes
Once baked leave to stand on a wire rack for 10 minutes
